Service Advisor - JHB at SydSen Recruit

Main Purpose of the Job:

• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, offering advice, and delivering solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding and meeting their needs and expectations.
• Demonstrate sound product knowledge and deliver personalized service to every customer.
• Contribute to the improvement of Quality, Service, Cost, and Innovation (QSCI).

Main Job Functions:

• Welcome customers warmly, capturing relevant information to address their needs promptly.
• Efficiently check vehicles in with clients, documenting Vehicle Check-In (VCH) details for each vehicle.
• Daily follow-up on parts orders and bookings to align with customer preferences.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
• Address and resolve customer queries and concerns on a daily basis.
• Create accurate and timely job cards, ensuring proper costing procedures.
• Coordinate hire vehicles for customers, obtaining necessary authorizations.
• Collect payments due from customers before handing back their vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental disciplines to streamline processes.

Requirements:

• Matric Certificate.                                                 
• Driver's license.                                                  
• Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Outgoing and vibrant personality.
