    Service Ambassador- JHB

    Job Summary:

    • The Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. This individual will serve as the face of the company and act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the organization. The Service Ambassador will work to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
    • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues through multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat)
    • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
    • Provide product information and assistance to customers
    • Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs
    • Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times
    • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance the customer experience
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of customer service experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
    • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
