    National HR Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own and manage the full employee lifecycle across both businesses
    • Lead industrial relations, disciplinary processes, and CCMA matters
    • Ensure full labour law compliance across operations
    • Drive end-to-end recruitment aligned to workforce planning and employer brand positioning
    • Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives
    • Implement and manage an effective performance management system
    • Oversee payroll review, benefits administration and HR reporting
    • Prepare and submit EE reports and support BBBEE objectives
    • Compile the annual Workplace Skills Plan that supports HR and company strategy, and submit Annual Training Report to SETA within deadlines
    • Compile and manage the annual training budget as well as levy
      payments and grant rebates
    • Implement training, learnerships and skills development initiatives
    • Manage and develop a small HR team
    • Manage costs against budget
    • Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing practical, business-aligned

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field

    Experience

    • 5–8 years’ generalist HR experience
    • Strong industrial relations and labour law exposure
    • Experience within FMCG / manufacturing environments
    • Proven experience operating in a hands-on HR management role
    • Exposure to employer branding, employee engagement.

    National Sales Manager

     Key Responsibilities

    Sales Leadership & Team Performance

    • Lead, coach and motivate national sales teams
    • Set and drive clear sales targets and KPIs
    • Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture
    • Conduct regular coaching, field accompaniment and performance reviews
    • Align JNB and CPT operations for consistency and discipline
    • Proactively address performance gaps and capability development

    Revenue Ownership & Target Delivery

    • Own and deliver national sales targets
    • Translate commercial strategy into actionable regional objectives
    • Monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance
    • Drive corrective action where required
    • Ensure alignment to agreed product and range priorities

    Food Service Growth

    • Personally call on key food service accounts
    • Grow basket size and deepen restaurant relationships
    • Lead onboarding of new food service customers
    • Ensure full-service support from onboarding through ongoing servicing
    • Work closely with Brand and Trade teams to support menu placement and product trials

    Retail Execution & Merchandising

    • Drive execution excellence in-store
    • Ensure compliance to call cycles and store coverage
    • Monitor and resolve execution issues in market
    • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to ensure commercial plans are implemented effectively

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Participate in forecasting and demand discussions
    • Provide customer and market insight to Trade Marketing and Brand
    • Align with Supply Chain, Operations and Finance
    • Act as the voice of the customer internally

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential

    • 8–10+ years FMCG sales experience
    • Proven national or regional sales leadership experience
    • Strong retail and food service channel knowledge
    • Track record of delivering revenue growth
    • Exceptional coaching and people leadership capability

    Advantageous

    • Experience in food manufacturing or chilled categories
    • Understanding of route-to-market and distributor dynamics
    • Exposure to national merchandising structures
