Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule service appointments and allocate resources effectively to meet service center goals.
2. Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain accurate records of service center activities and transactions.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for service appointments.
5. Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure a seamless workflow within the service center.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of service center policies and procedures.
8. Provide administrative support to the service center team as needed.
