Datacentrix is looking for Service Delivery Coordinators in Cape Town for our client in the Healthcare sector on contract for a minimum of 1 Year. The successful coordinators will provide support to the ICT functions and business processes for the full ICT technical landscape which includes: Infrastructure, Applications, Business Intelligence etc. Strong communications skills are required for this position with a very user centric approach.
Certification in ITIL or equivalent service management is essential
Key Responsibilities
To provide service delivery and support to internal Stakeholders and clients
Manage and mitigate ICT and Infrastructure risks within the Organization
Maintain continuous improvement within the ICT and Infrastructure environment.
Develop and maintain ICT support procedures.
