Service Function Lead at Accenture

Job Description

Support sales opportunities and delivery of the solution by leveraging Accenture’s full capabilities. Build client relationships in collaboration with the Client Account Leadership team. Lead the service delivery strategy across one or more client portfolios and implement continuous improvement plans to achieve project targets and SLA commitments. Manage people engagement, recruiting and staffing to optimize delivery target.

• The Functional Lead will play a fundamental role in Understanding client business processes and potential constraints, budgets, timelines, expertise, etc.
• Experience in solutioning, discovery and business analysis, project management, and technology implementation
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in building trusted relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive approach, experience in sales opportunity identification, leading RFP responses including client negotiation rounds
• Ability to identify and assess complex problems, predict potential problems and timely implement preventive measures
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to present complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand way
• Independent and prompt decision-making, thinking outside of the box, adaptability, and agility

Qualifications

• At least 15 years managerial & management reporting experience.
• Proven track record with managing productivity-driven operations.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Able to multiple projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities.
