Service Technician at Atlas Copco

The Role

• To provide Repairs and Service Support on Industrial Power Tooling including Electronic, Pneumatic hand held and fixtured tools.
• To provide the customer with technical support during breakdowns, over the phone and, when required on site.
• To conduct regular line audits, providing technical support, assistance and guidance as and when required
• To maintain records of all activities.
• To carry out calibrations and preventative maintenance tasks on a scheduled and planned basis according to laboratory and ISO procedures.
• To plan, manage and carry out the installation of our equipment at the customers premises. To ensure all repair and calibration workshop documentation is completed correctly and up to date.
• To provide written reports on repairs and incidents as requested by management or the Customer.
• To provide advice and feedback to the Customer on the use of their equipment.
• To work as part of a team with our Sales representatives and the Customer to help address any support and technical issues.
