Job Description

Interprets People Function strategy into ServiceNow functionality requirements

• Engages People Function stakeholders on an ongoing basis on functional system requirements and improvements.
• Works with other Functional owners to ensure cross-functional system (Workday, CSOD, ShareForce etc) alignment and broader strategy alignment.

Acts as ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) and System Configurator

• Provides ServiceNow advisory services and subject matter expertise to business.
• Provides Tier 2 SME advisory services on escalations in ServiceNow.
• Performs configuration tasks within ServiceNow (e.g. maintenance of Case Form Configuration and HR Groups, update of Notifications, update of HR Services etc.).
• Support annual ServiceNow initiatives and once-off projects (e.g. roll out of Task Management, consolidation of ServiceNow instances etc.).
• Develops stories for ServiceNow changes / enhancements.
• Creates bug fixes within ServiceNow.
• Performs testing of ServiceNow stories.
• Conducts user acceptance testing and provides relevant approvals.

Content Management

• Maintains HR Services process flows.
• Works with Digital Content Managers and People Function to maintain / develop knowledge articles and support materials (job aids, FAQs, etc.), ensuring functional content is relevant, up-to date and optimised via all Channels and Digital Platforms.

Education

• Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)
