Experience:
5 years’ experience in a supervisory position within a maintenance department
Experience in managing maintenance in the following disciplines: Lubrication, Air Conditioning, Scaffolding, Cranes, Rigging, Cameras, Radios and Scales would be advantageous.
Experience within the Pulp & Paper industry will be beneficial.
Recognition for prior learning will be considered.
Key Performance Areas:
Continuous improvement of the Lubrication, Air Conditioning, Scaffolding, Cranes, Rigging, Cameras, Radios and Scales maintenance function.
Monitor Lubrication, Air Conditioning, Scaffolding, Cranes, Rigging, Cameras, Radios and Scales team’s performance in line with agreed Maintenance Contracts/KPIs.
Achieve Maintenance KPIs.
Legal compliance of Lifting Equipment and scales
Manage SAP environment ie. Prioritize notifications, manage work order backlogs, time keeping, overtime approval.
Assist with budget compilations and responsible for budget control.
Short term planning as well as planning for the annual shut.
