Duties and Responsibilities

• Full settlement process
• Full onboarding process
• Booking trades at end of day (local and offshore bookings)
• Taking in and sending overdrafts (OD’s)
• Matching all 3rd party trade aways for Prime Broking accounts
• Reconciliation reports
• Matching and checking previous day’s bookings
• Morning reporting
• Client and administrators queries
• Booking and settling bonds
• Updating unit trust / unlisted positions from 3rd parties

Ideal Experience

• This is a graduate position thus no experience necessary

Ideal Qualifications

• Any commerce degree majoring in accounting, economics, investments, finance, business management or the like.
