RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Manage a team of 13 staff members in and around the milking parlour – including supervision of working hours, training, conflict management, and leave planning.
Perform AI as part of the herd’s breeding program.
Administer injections, treat sick animals, vaccinations, drips, and general health management – including hoof care.
Assist with births and calving, as well as aftercare of cows and calves.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the milking parlour.
Manage milk tanks, including cleaning, transfer, and proper storage of milk.
