Shift Manager - JHB at Denton Harvey

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing business operations and is considered commander of
the business when an emergency should arise or when higher management is not available. All control
room Staff reports directly to the Shift Manager and the Shift Manager reports to the Call Centre
Manager. This post requires a well-disciplined person with vast knowledge in Call Centres and Alarm
Management Procedures, takes pride in Team achievements and improves call centre staff customer
satisfaction rate.

Qualifications and Experience

•  Matric
•  Psira Registered
•  Monitoring and Response SOP awareness
•  Vehicles tracking experience
•  CCTV Offsite monitoring experience or knowledge thereof
•  Proven experience as a Shift manager or a relevant role
•  Must have worked for Beagle Watch a minimum of 3 years and have a good knowledge of the company’s area of operation
•  Must have a good record of punctuality, absenteeism - clean disciplinary record
