Shop Assistant at Sea Harvest Corporation (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Stock and organize shelves with merchandise
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Follow store policies and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and comfortable handling cash transactions
• Ability to lift and carry heavy merchandise
• Knowledge of products and services offered in the store
• Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends
