With a mission of empowering entrepreneurs to pursue their dreams by selling online, the studio is now expanding to onboard 1 Upwork Shopify Project Account Manager to help more clients scale their E-Commerce businesses.

Position- Upwork Shopify Project Account Manager

To qualify for this position, you should:

• Have experience with Shopify backend operating system
• Have great communication skills
• Have fluent English to discuss projects with clients on Zoom
• Enjoy getting to know our clients and walking them through a great project experience
• A LEARNING attitude
• Have Upwork related experience is a plus
• Business development experience is a plus

Job responsibility:

• Accept invitations to interview from prospective jobs on Upwork
• Conduct sales meetings with potential clients
• Submit new proposals to Shopify related jobs
• Attend meetings to hear feedback/revisions from clients
• Managing ongoing projects, summarize projects and revisions for designers
• Ensure speedy and quality project outcome and strive for client's positive experience
• Complete simple/small edits on the Shopify store

Learning points:

• Client facing experience in the E-Commerce field
• Work with clients from different industries: beauty, pet, fitness, health, etc.
• Project management experience. The ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
• Shopify related experience

Salary:

This position is a full-time position. 40 hours per week. Work hour is in the Eastern time zone (EST).

• The base salary per month is USD $1000.

• Sales compensation: the salary is associated with how many projects the Account Manager brings. The compensation is 15% of the total project revenue per project, with a cap of USD $150 per project. Projected monthly salary ~ USD $1500 including compensation.
