Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client in the steel sector is looking for an experienced SigmaNEST Programmer to join their dynamic team in Germiston, GT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing and managing CNC Cutting programs using SigmaNEST software to ensure efficient material utilization and smooth production flow.
**South African Citizens and those living in the area will be preferred**
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize CNC cutting programs using SigmaNEST software.
Interpret Engineering drawings and convert them into accurate cutting instructions
Ensure maximum material yield and minimize waste through effective nesting strategies
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet project deadlines
Requirements
Proven experience as a SigmaNEST programmer (2-5 years preferred)
Strong knowledge of CNC cutting processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with manufacturing workflows
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and team work abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Candidate must be able and willing to work day and or nightshift.
