A well-established organisation within the built environment and large-scale residential project delivery sector is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee on-site execution and ensure projects are delivered according to programme, quality standards, and strict operational deadlines.
This role is suited to a hands-on construction professional with strong site coordination capability and a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams within fast-paced project environments.
Minimum Requirements
Matric
Construction-related qualification advantageous
Minimum 5 years’ Foreman experience within residential or large-scale building environments
Strong understanding of site execution, quality control and contractor coordination
Experience managing project timelines and technical site requirements
Strong communication and team leadership ability
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site activities and project execution
Manage site teams and subcontractor coordination
Ensure quality standards and compliance procedures are maintained
Monitor project progress against programme deadlines
Manage documentation, reporting, handovers, and issue resolution
