Job Description

• Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and project supervision? A respected and forward-thinking company in the electrical contracting sector is seeking a skilled professional to lead on-site operations across a variety of high-impact projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and coordinate all electrical site operations and personnel.
• Ensure seamless communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage tools, materials, deliveries, and on-site inventory.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and progress.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings; provide detailed progress reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Develop project timelines, manage resources, and stay within budget.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues before they impact delivery.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of proven site management experience in electrical environments.
• Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree (required).
• Registration with ECA / ECB (preferred).
• Trade Test Certificate (3-phase) and a valid Wireman’s License.
• Strong understanding of JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC contracts.
• Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA and relevant labor regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel as needed.
