Site Supervisor - Booysendal at Epiroc

Mission

• To ensure efficient operations by managing stock and maintaining a safe and organized environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Follow through and manage breakdown issuing and ordering 
• Expedite orders
• After hours standby for breakdowns
• Documentation flow in and out of the warehouse
• Health & Safety in the warehouse and control of PPE
• Identify training needs of staff
• Stock counts / Cycle counts
• Manage consumable items
• Housekeeping
• Security
• Regional distribution of equipment
• Maintain accurate filing systems of all documents with special emphasis on P.O.D's.
• Adhere to and support QA processes.
• Identify failing processes.  Develop and implement new processes to eliminate non-conforming processes
• To carry out additional duties as may become necessary to ensure the successful operation of the company
