FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS 

Operational and Technical Results: 

• Responsible for the daily safety of personnel 
• Production planning and ordering of raw materials 
• Management of equipment 
• Handling of HR issues 
• Investigate incidents 
• Be responsible for daily problem solving, 
• Magazine control 
• Training of personnel 
• General good housekeeping 
• Management of Contractor’s/Safety pack.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements and Experience:

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Qualifications: 

• Grade 12 (Must) 
• Basic computer skills (Must) 
• Code 08 Driver’s license (Must) 
• Code 10 license (Advantage) 
• Open Cast Blasting certificate (Advantage) 
• Qualified Trade (Advantage) 

Experience: 

• 5 years Supervisory experience, 
• 5 years open cast mining/explosives industry experience, 
• 5 Years computer skills, 
• Experience in managing of people.
