Minimum Requirements    

• Previous vehicle sales experience essential 
• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric
• Computer literate and skilled in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Valid unendorsed Driver’s License
• Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Network and build strong relationships within the motor industry.
• Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Target new customers and business opportunities to aid portfolio growth.
• Manage the sales process to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Manage customer relationships and deliver efficient, effective service to both internal and external clients at all times.
• Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes.
• Leverage technology, digital platforms, and CRM systems to attract new clients, streamline the sales process, and build long-term customer loyalty.
