Snr Specialist: Business Architecture at BCX

The ideal incumbent will be responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks and Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
• Master strategic business process modelling, traceability, and quality management techniques
• Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
• Understanding of systems engineering concepts
• The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
• Assist with identification and management of risks
• Business case development
• Modelling techniques and method
• Undertaking systems and manual process analysis, process design and modelling
• Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
• Monitoring, analysing, and reviewing business processes to identify process gaps and to enable development of improvement strategies
• Developing relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the business to understand end to end processes and ensure effective solutions
• Understanding relationships between components of processes and the impact of change/s
• Communicating complex processes
• Complying to the governance and standards set by the BPM methodologist
• Complying to the relevant PMO and initiative schedule requirements
• Mapping processes in the enterprise repository (ARIS)
