Snr Specialist: Mobile On-boarding (Contract) at Telkom

Core Description    

• To manage, steam-line and oversee the entire on-boarding process of new Clients by also liaising with all the relevant stakeholder internally. Identify the best ways to open the doors in the various government institutions by leveraging off their communication platforms and print media to get our offering to these institutions before our competitors. Evaluate and execute Client engagement business analysis. Work closely with BDMs to identify upselling opportunities. Develop and manage relations with business lines at multiple levels in the organization. Collate intel in the market on uptake of RT-15 contract and identify prospective implementation risks and mitigations. Run campaigns to improve penetration and uptake of new accounts. Prepare reports on Project performance. Be the main point of interface with all internal stakeholders to understand how we can best utilize their support to offer effective and efficient service to government.

Required Certification    
None.
Qualifications    

• 3-year Degree or Diploma (equivalent to NQF level 6 or higher), preferably in sales/ marketing and 7 years’ experience in corporate mobile contracts.

OR

• Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 9 years’ experience in corporate mobile sales.
