    Senior Manager: Digital Value Proposition

    About the job


    Responsible to drive and manage digital transformation in the business, with specific focus on value proposition design, digital product management & validation, partnerships and ecosystem/s management and fintech innovation. Work in close collaboration with business owners within the commercial and technology disciplines. The role will play an essential and critical function to support the strategic and operational plans of the company.



    Relevant 3-year Degree/ Diploma (Business/ IT Engineering/ Engineering/ Commerce) (NQF Level 6). Related Honours degree (NQF Level 8) advantageous.



    7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on management level. 5 years relevant experience in digital product development. Experience in telecommunications/ financial services/ consulting e-commerce industries is preferable.

    • Strong track record of working in teams and consistently delivering results in a digital and agile environment.

    Senior specialist - Information security

    Core Description    

    • Responsible for the identification, architecture, design, delivery and operational methodologies of advanced information and cyber security monitoring, management and analytics platforms in support of the identification, measurement, control and minimisation of loss associated with uncertain information and advanced cyber security risks throughout the ICT and business environment.     Information Security Analysis
    - Accountable for Security Data collection, Analytics, Interpretation, and reporting
    - Creation and maintenance of advanced security analytics systems, methods, standards and benchmarks

    - Manage Policy review, update and approvals process
    - Maintain Information Security Strategy ensuring Business Strategy Alignment

    Information Security Risk Management
    - Ensure Information and Cyber Risk management strategy is data driven
    - Report to Business on Enterprise Information Risk

    Information Security Assurance & Compliance#

    - Ensure technical framework for Security Operations compliance with policies, standards, and procedures

    Required Certification    

    • Required at least one of: CISM, CRISC, CISSP, SABSA
    • Optional: CISA, CGEIT, CoBIT, TOGAF, ITIL ISO27001 Implementer/ auditor


    • Relevant 3 year Degree or Diploma in IT or Information Security (NQF level 6)


    • 7 years or more practical experience in IT or Information Security, of which five years must include an IT, Network or Information Security role, with the last 3 years in an active Information Risk or Security Analytics role.

    Snr Specialist: Mobile On-boarding (Contract)

    Core Description    

    • To manage, steam-line and oversee the entire on-boarding process of new Clients by also liaising with all the relevant stakeholder internally. Identify the best ways to open the doors in the various government institutions by leveraging off their communication platforms and print media to get our offering to these institutions before our competitors. Evaluate and execute Client engagement business analysis. Work closely with BDMs to identify upselling opportunities. Develop and manage relations with business lines at multiple levels in the organization. Collate intel in the market on uptake of RT-15 contract and identify prospective implementation risks and mitigations. Run campaigns to improve penetration and uptake of new accounts. Prepare reports on Project performance. Be the main point of interface with all internal stakeholders to understand how we can best utilize their support to offer effective and efficient service to government.

    Required Certification    

    • 3-year Degree or Diploma (equivalent to NQF level 6 or higher), preferably in sales/ marketing and 7 years’ experience in corporate mobile contracts.


    • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) and 9 years’ experience in corporate mobile sales.
