CORE DESCRIPTION

Responsible to drive and manage digital transformation in the business, with specific focus on value proposition design, digital product management & validation, partnerships and ecosystem/s management and fintech innovation. Work in close collaboration with business owners within the commercial and technology disciplines. The role will play an essential and critical function to support the strategic and operational plans of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant 3-year Degree/ Diploma (Business/ IT Engineering/ Engineering/ Commerce) (NQF Level 6). Related Honours degree (NQF Level 8) advantageous.

EXPERIENCE:

7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on management level. 5 years relevant experience in digital product development. Experience in telecommunications/ financial services/ consulting e-commerce industries is preferable.

• Experience in start-up environments, either in a start-up or as part of larger organization (advantageous but not a pre-requisite).
