    Snr Specialist: OSS/BSS Build - Cape Town (Belville)

    Core Description    

    • Responsible for OSS/BSS best practise-based design, customization, configuration, development, and deployment of applications and systems including application interfaces. This involves gaining an understanding of business processes and the associated business outcomes and mapping and building these workloads or features into the existing and or future applications and systems landscape in consultation with the Architecture Section.

    Required Certification    

    • Optional Certification:   ITIL, IT Certificate in PM, Agile, ITIL Service Management

    Qualifications    

    • Relevant 3-year IT/Engineering degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6) in a technology-related field.

    Experience    

    • 7 Years relevant experience, of which at least 2 years on management level. Experience in IT Transformation projects as well as Digital Transformation is essential. Relevant technology leadership experience, including value creation, proven record of delivery and business expectation management.

    Special Requirements    

    • Prepared to travel nationally and internationally.
    • Prepared to work long hours.
    • Valid driver's license.
