Key performance areas

• Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions as directed by the respective Phase Head(s)
• Plan, organise, and supervise sports activities, ensuring safety and engagement for all participants
• Promote the development of learners’ skills, fitness, and teamwork across various sports
• Contribute to the overall sporting programme and extracurricular activities

Qualifications, experience and skills

• Matric certificate (essential)
• Proven experience in coaching sports for children and young people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage learners of all abilities
• Flexible approach to working afternoons and occasional Saturdays
• A valid PDP or willingness to obtain one upon appointment
• Must be able to work in a team
• Must be able to work with primary school children
• Must have sound knowledge about soccer
• Must be reliable, punctual and flexible with time
