Objectives of Role

• Design and plan incubation initiatives based on research and recommendations.
• Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) and implement initial pilots.
• Review and communicate the ESI strategy in line with organizational goals.
• Provide or source required resources and contract-enabling services.
• Manage the transition and progress of incubation initiatives.
• Support research agendas and capacity building for initiative maturation.
• Monitor and report on initiative maturation and performance.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships within the entrepreneurship education sector.
• Understand and contribute to the entrepreneurship education ecosystem

Experience and Qualifications

• Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• 5 years relevant experience within the entrepreneurship environment, with a passion for philanthropy and entrepreneurial development
