Strategy Development

• Developing strategies for effective community management and audience engagement.
• Researching trends and best practices to enhance brand interaction online.
• Identifying new opportunities for outreach and engagement.
• Collaborating with marketing and digital teams to refine engagement approaches.

Reporting & Analytics

• Tracking social media engagement and reach.  
• Providing monthly reports on engagement, reach, and insights from the online community.
• Offering feedback to management on frequently asked questions and audience preferences to improve campaigns.

Content Creation & Ad Hoc Responsibilities

• Creating engaging and brand-aligned content across Y’s social media platforms.
• Supporting the marketing team with event promotions and online activations. 

Requirements

Qualifications

• National Senior Certificate - Essential 
• Bachelors Degree - Communication/ Marketing/ Journalism/ PR/ Media - Recommended 

Experience

• Social Media Management / Community Engagement - 1 - 2 years - Essential
