• A leading digital brand in the iGaming space is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to grow and nurture its online communities. • You’ll be responsible for managing daily community interactions, creating engaging content, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and positive online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow online communities across social platforms
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging social content
• Monitor conversations, comments, and feedback, responding timeously
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams
• Track and report on engagement metrics and community insights
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in community or social media management
• Strong understanding of social platforms, tools, and analytics
• Excellent written communication and people skills
• Creative, proactive, and community-focused mindset
• Experience in digital, entertainment, or iGaming environments is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
