Responsibilities
Translate customer’s requirements into reporting deliverables
Assist with dashboard and report generation
Help with query building/checking and the creation of report templates
Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely delivery of reports
Write contextual and qualitative analysis based on KPIs
Ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers - proofreads/edits the reports; checks numbers & report findings; ensures the overall formatting and visual consistency of the reports
Respond to customer inquiries & questions about delivered reports
Work on trainings and other initiatives to improve the team’s product knowledge and efficiency and to support our Sales organization as needed
Required Skills
Outstanding knowledge of social media tools and platforms
Experience with or serious interest in social media reporting with understanding of metrics and KPIs
Boolean query building wizard
Strong analytical aptitude
Strong team player with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Interpersonal communication skills
Creative and critical thinking
Acute attention to detail
Strong MS Office Skills, knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
Proficiency in a foreign language (preferably Spanish, French and/or Arabic) is a plus
Qualifications
3+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering
