  • Highbury Media (Pty) Ltd is an independent magazine and digital publishing company responsible for some of the best-performing titles. We are currently looking for a UX Designer for our Digital department.

     

    Social Media Intern (Food & Home)

    Key Duties:

    • Assisting with online content creation, including articles, social media content and weekly newsletters
    • Schedule editorial and social media content
    • Keep up to date with food and digital trends
    • Brainstorm and produce digital content that is fresh, relevant and on-trend with the F&H Team
    • Schedule commercial content

    Requirements:

    We are looking for a self-motivated and digitally savvy candidate passionate about community engagement, content creation and collaboration with the following traits:

    • Strong interest in the digital sphere
    • Self-motivation
    • Organisational skills
    • Creative problem solving
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Proactive and self-disciplined
    • Familiar with digital trends
    • Valid driver’s license

    Attributes:

    • WordPress and basic SEO knowledge
    • Experience in design software such as Canva
    • Familiar with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
