Ensure and verify that materials and supplies meet the right quality for operations as per job requirements.Facilitate the movement of raw materials to/from the production area (including returns and supply to machines).
Assist in moving production waste to designated disposal areas.Maintain high GMP standards by performing housekeeping and sanitation of equipment and the production area per SOP.Complete production-related paperwork accurately (Checklists, Logs, Reports, MES) according to SOP and templates.
Open production lines and complete all relevant documentation according to SOP.Perform pre-operation tasks to ensure proper equipment startup and operation across multiple machines per SOP.
Operate and monitor line equipment to ensure efficient, quality production with minimal downtime, adhering to SOP.Adjust machinery as needed for changeovers or varying production requirements, following SOP. Complete planned production runs within specified timeframes, conducting product quality checks (IPC) and providing updates to supervisors
Requirements:
Grade 12, preferably with Math’s Previous Softgel/FMCG experience
At least 1 year experience in a GMP production environment Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
Knowledge of health and safetyN2 relevant technical qualification and a valid Reach Truck/Forklift license will be advantageous High quality, safety and results focus
Excellent communication and time management skillsWilling to work 12 Hour Shifts.
