You will report to the Senior Manager Software Dev to contribute towards implementing quality code changes initiated by customers (support) or product management (development)
You will design and implement code that is maintainable and testable.
You will provide written or verbal explanations on design and technical/functional solutions
You will conduct performance analysis and performance code tuning in Oracle and .NET
You will construct complex SQL queries
You will manage product design, product development, and product implementation as part of the earlier work experience.
You will mentor intermediate developers in their work.
You should have
Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification with a computer science major from a recognized Technikon or university.
Minimum of 5 years commercial experience developing software.
Minimum 5 years VB/C#.NET experience.
Experience using Continuous Integration (CI) tools (Hudson/Jenkins)
Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile software development methodologies.
