Skills
Essential

• Experienced and proficient in manual software testing and producing defect and incident reports.
• Experienced at producing and documenting test plans and executing against those.

Advantage

• Postman experience calling REST APIs.
• Any automated testing framework such as Selenium or Cypress.
• Direct experience in working with Open Banking / Open Data protocols and services.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Azure Cloud Services.
• Knowledge and experience of DevOps techniques, including CI / CD.

Ideal Qualifications

• You will have a diploma in any software or related discipline.
• You will have completed and attained one or more certifications in the field of quality assurance.
• You may have a testing qualification such as ISTQB or TTA/ISEB

Experience

• 4 years or more of software quality assurance experience.
• A demonstrable track record of adding value to software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Your roles and responsibilities will include inter alia the following:

• Design, build, and maintain test plans for the software stack.
• Document and record issues and defects.
• Develop solutions to improve the overall testing within the company and contribute to the body of knowledge.
• Assist in the building of automated test cases and test recipes.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.
