Skills and Experience:

• Follow up on commercial and industrial solar projects to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with municipalities and Eskom to verify and confirm compliance standards.
• Actively engage in NERSA applications, providing necessary support and documentation.
• Respond to technical inquiries, leveraging a basic understanding of electricity.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline regulatory processes.
• Proactively address any compliance issues that may arise during project implementation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum N6 diploma or wireman's license.
• Technical understanding of basic electricity to effectively address inquiries.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to follow up on complex projects with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, comfortable picking up the phone to engage with stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the solar industry or a similar regulatory role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with NERSA applications and processes.
• Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
