Solution Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• An IT and business software company that specializes in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and retail management solutions for South African businesses is seeking an ERP professional that has a proven track record of delivering D365 Business Central implementation projects and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement & Support: Lead full-cycle D365 Business Central ERP implementations and provide post-go-live support.
• Solution Design: Translate client operational needs into system solutions (with a focus on manufacturing and service industries).
• Project Delivery: Facilitate scoping workshops, data migration, UAT, and system go-lives.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Pre-Sales: Participate in pre-sales engagements and help define future product strategies for clients.

Minimum Requirements: 

• D365 Business Central Experience: Proven full-cycle implementation experience.
• Intermediate: 3–5 years
• Senior: 5+ years
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of finance and supply chain management.
• Advantageous: Experience delivering Manufacturing or Service Management capabilities.
• Soft Skills: High energy, strong problem-solving skills, initiative, a can-do attitude, and excellent stakeholder communication.
