    Solution Sales Specialist: Business Applications

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Development & Growth: 

    • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts while acquiring new business within defined enterprise territories. Consistently achieve ACV quotas by leveraging strategic account planning and identifying expansion opportunities.

    Customer-Centric Selling:

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to position the Client’s Microsoft Dynamics and business solutions to address specific customer needs. Drive long-term relationships and customer loyalty by demonstrating value at all levels of the organization.

    Strategic Account Management: 

    • Develop and execute account strategies that align with customer goals and objectives. Understand both short- and long-term business priorities and ensure the Client’s offerings align with those needs.

    Sales Excellence:

    • Lead negotiations, prepare professional proposals, and work closely with pricing and consulting teams to ensure competitive and accurate bids. Transition seamlessly from sales to delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

    Collaboration Across Teams:

    • Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Consulting, and Service Provider teams to ensure cohesive, value-based selling and delivery. Drive innovation and help the Business stay ahead in the industry through market intelligence and trend awareness.

    Key Requirements and Experience:

    • 8+ years of hands-on experience in solution sales, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics and other business applications.
    • Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management within a B2B environment.
    • Executive-level presence, comfortable interacting with C-suite decision-makers and driving strategic conversations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in new business development, including successful commercial contracting and negotiation with customers.

    Skills:

    • Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office proficiency (non-negotiable).
    • Strong presentation and client needs assessment skills (whiteboarding, etc.), essential for engaging with customers effectively.
    • Forecasting accuracy and commitment to meeting sales targets.

    • Customer-focused and driven by results.
    • Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and working effectively in ambiguous situations.
    • A high degree of integrity, empathy, and a strong moral code.
    • A passion for continuous self-development and embracing the latest technologies and industry trends.
