    Quality Analyst

    Purpose of the Role:

    • As an IT Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of IT projects by ensuring adherence to quality processes and documentation. Working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure seamless transitions between project phases, while ensuring that all IT solutions meet the highest governance and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop & Enhance IT Quality Management (QM) System: Define and store quality standards and guidelines, including the Quality Handbook, Test Cases, and Testing Software.
    • Maintain IT Business Process Model (IT PEP): Ensure that the IT PEP is up to date and effectively implemented.
    • Project Planning & Control: Oversee the development planning, initiation, and control of IT project implementations.
    • Identify and Optimize Processes: Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for increased efficiency and quality.
    • Ensure Compliance with Governance Standards: Actively participate in IT solution provision to meet governance and quality standards, ensuring long-term sustainability and reliability.
    • Project Reviews: Conduct regular project reviews (financial, timing, product quality) and ensure adherence to quality standards as per IT PEP.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to verify and gather necessary documentation.
    • Quality Gates & Audits: Establish and conduct quality gates for proposed IT systems/solutions, ensuring the highest standards of quality. Perform self-audits of IT processes and provide recommendations to improve quality.
    • Educational Sessions: Facilitate sessions to promote IT Governance and Quality, ensuring these standards are ingrained within the organization's culture.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in IT Quality Management and governance within a project lifecycle.
    • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, IT process management, and IT business models.
    • Excellent problem-solving and process optimization skills.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
    • Experience conducting audits and quality reviews of IT systems and processes.
    • Knowledge of industry-standard quality management tools and methodologies.

    Client Solutions Manager - FMCG

    Position Description:

    • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong post-sale relationships with advertisers of all sizes.
    • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (ad ops, product, R&D) to ensure seamless and successful campaign delivery.
    • Inventory Allocation: Work with internal teams to optimize inventory allocation for client campaigns.
    • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.

    • Has a strong knowledge in Technical Implementation
    • Proven track record in operations and business acumen with a focus on cross-selling and upselling
    • Experience managing Agency relationships is highly desirable
    • Knowledge of Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and Mobile Attribution Platforms is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in using various measurement metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, click-through rate, etc.)

    Application Support Engineer

    JOB SUMMARY

    As a Support Engineer, you will:

    • Support and maintain custom applications for international telecommunications network operators.
    • Take ownership of customer issues and drive them through to resolution, including identifying and addressing bugs.
    • Perform preventative maintenance to detect and address issues before they escalate into larger defects.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to Junior Support Engineers.

    ABOUT YOU

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • Strong experience in application support engineering or development (this is not a desktop support role).
    • Proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL knowledge is a plus).
    • Solid Linux experience.
    • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes.
    • Familiarity with Oracle APEX and Bash scripting (advantageous).
    • Experience with PL/SQL for retrieving data from Oracle databases.
    • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system monitoring processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Executive-level presence, comfortable interacting with C-suite decision-makers and driving strategic conversations.
    • Demonstrated expertise in new business development, including successful commercial contracting and negotiation with customers.

    Skills:

    • Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office proficiency (non-negotiable).
    • Strong presentation and client needs assessment skills (whiteboarding, etc.), essential for engaging with customers effectively.
