We are currently looking for a reliable souring clerk to join our supply chain network. The successful sourcing clerk will ensure negotiating with suppliers and vendors, receiving goods and inspecting. And also conduct market research and update records.
Responsibilities
Negotiate the sourcing of stocks that has the best deals with vendors and suppliers
Schedule workshops with sales representatives and the new staff
Oversee delivery stocks, unload and load products and inventories by ensuring products are safely transported.
Maintaining stock levels and performing regular inventory checks
Inspect stock in a timely manner and reporting any damage product to the relevant parties.
Plana brand events and product launch
Attend product launches and networking events. Also conduct research on market trends
Develop more effective marketing strategies and arrange meetings with suppliers
Secure new clients and move more products each month.
Keep up with potential clients and offer top notch customer service.
Requirements
Grade 12 /Diploma /Degree. Additional marketing certificate or similar
Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
Good multitasking abilities.
Able to identify inferior products and an eye for details
High degree of professionalism.
Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
Collaborate with others and exceptional time management ability
