We are expanding our Southern Africa division and seeking highly experienced Luxury Travel Consultants to join our high-performance team. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked in luxury safari travel or B2C tailor-made travel, with a deep understanding of Southern Africa's destinations, products and travel logistics.
Success in this role is measured through conversions, commercial impact, customer satisfaction, and the ability to craft exceptional bespoke itineraries - not simply handling enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert qualified enquiries into high-value bookings and repeat business.
Design and deliver well-structured, personalized itineries accross Southern Africa.
Build trust quickly with international clients through high EQ, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
Maintain a deep understanding of regional lodge products, travel logistics, and seasonal dynamics.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all proposals, CRM updates, and client communications.
Manage your sales pipeline independently while maintaining consistency with team processes.
Uphold ASG’s commitment to exceptional service, conservation values, and responsible travel.
Collaborate with colleagues, management, and support teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury travel, safari sales, or bespoke travel planning.
