Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Specialist: Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• The Specialist: Accountant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other financial regulations
• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Participate in audits and other financial reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
