Minimum Requirements    
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Social Science (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate in Stakeholder Management (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate First Line Management (Essential/Minimum)
• Certificate Project Management (Recommended/Desirable)

EXPERIENCE: 

• 3-5 years Relevant experience in community development including practical/hands- on project development, management and implementation, budget management and stakeholder engagement. Business development/ enterprise development experience.  (Essential/Minimum)   Operational

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Psychometric Assessment (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)
• Certificate of Fitness (Essential/Minimum) (To be conducted by Exxaro)

Duties & Responsibilities    
Ideal Candidate Profile (Includes but not limited to):

Ability to:

• identify, design, develop, plan, manage, implement, monitor and report on Business Unit's community development Local Economic Development/Social and Economic Development/Economic Development projects according to Company processes and relevant legal/regulatory requirements.
• To manage resolution of internal and external Business Unit community development audit findings.
• To manage community development service providers.
• To support, participate in and manage stakeholder engagement related to the Business Unit's Local Economic Development/Social and Economic Development/Economic Development community projects.
