Key Performance Area

Corporate Development

• Assess potential acquisitions, preparing financial models and developing presentation materials for CFO /Exo review
• Detail the key acquisition steps, milestones, timelines, and required resources in a concise project plan once an opportunity is identified
• Prepare and Compile business plans for both organic and inorganic growth, incorporating key market trends and reasonably supported assumptions

Fund Raising and Investor Due Diligence Support

• Support in analysis of ratios and debt structures as requested by management
• Maintaining and updating the information library pertaining to contracts, agreements and statutory documents required by lenders. Managing document and information library, permissions, and access levels. 

Board Paper Presentations, RFP’s and ad hoc analysis

• Assist and support in the compiling and reviewing of board papers.  Interact with GROUP functions in compiling Board Paper requests.  Respond to questions from GROUP prior to the Board Meeting. 
• Compile analysis and business cases on requests for proposals
• Support in the development of notes/papers, analysis and presentations to support senior management in their decision-making on strategic matters

Key Decisions

• Decides on the relevant Information flows to stakeholders and potential investors
• Decides on what additional data (financial and operational) is relevant to support required reporting outputs

Formal Qualifications Required

• First Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Post Graduate degree / or MBA
