Specialist: Design & Planning at SITA SOC (Ltd)

Purpose of the job

• To develop, lead, sustain and to provide Network architecture solution designs and implementation to meet identified business needs, and the management of technical support environment to ensure services are delivered to clients as per the SLA and Quality.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Develop network design as per client request
• Implement network design in order to ensure technical performance, availability and stability
• Provide inputs in the Network Architecture and Customer Solutions governance with regards to the implementation of solutions
• Develop, implement and manage the Design and Planning Organisation to deliver on the business goals of SITA and ensure sustainability in service delivery from technology architecture and design perspective
• Adhere to performance management policy to ensure optimum performance output to enhance service delivery
• Responsible for handling queries of team members in relation to ERP (HR, OTL, I expense)

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum: 3 year National Diploma/ Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering or CCNA – NQF Level 6)
• Experience : 3-5 years experience in the provision of ICT solutions, specifically within Network Architecture and Customer Solutions environment.
