    Specialist – Finance: Accrual & Checklist (Midrand)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Extract lease expiry reports from SAP RE-FX
    • Validate accurate rental accruals on a monthly basis
    • Consolidate rental accrual report within Network Property
    • Submit monthly report on rental accruals
    • Engage with Finance Operation team to align on accrual reporting
    • Support SOX compliance on leases to improvement accuracy on leases  

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Relevant qualification
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel  
    • SAP experience
    • Real Estate Knowledge
    • Finance Management experience
