Job Description

• To enable a positive workforce experience for Talent Acquisition (TA) or designated BU/CF/geographies, by developing a TA insights strategy & setting minimum standards.
• To partner with relevant stakeholders to understand business needs & deliver data-driven insights, pertinent to TA, for decision making.
• To understand strategy and shifts in TA, implementing end-to-end solutions, prioritising and ensuring alignment of TA initiatives implemented, to address needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Social Sciences, Information Technology and Information Studies Degree

Experience Required

• 8-10 years - Providing data and insights expertise to demonstrate impact and proactively identify issues needing attention.
• 8-10 years - Working with TA data and systems and understanding the architecture behind Applicant Tracking Systems and related tools.
