JOB DESCRIPTION

• To develop and provide specialist advice and guidance with the implementation of the Market Abuse Surveillance Framework across all countries in order to meet the regulatory requirements, to ensure that business is undertaken in a compliant manner, to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation and enables the competitive advantage of the platform organisation across Client Segments.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Mathematical Sciences or Analytics or Quantitative Studies would be a minimum requirement for this job.
• Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification and ACI dealing certificate - designed to cover the basic competence skills for the new entrants in dealing financial markets roles related to Equity instruments.

Experience Required:

• 5-7 years in a Corporate and Investment Banking environment. This role requires a specialist with a deep understanding of banking products and activities, and associated regulatory frameworks, including client assets and transaction reporting obligations. Knowledge of upcoming regulatory developments impacting the financial services. Experience in providing guidance and advice on Market Abuse Surveillance across multiple jurisdictions would be required.
• 5-7 years.  The role requires a seasoned individual in Global Markets with an advanced understanding of financial and global markets, economic and market drivers, risk and regulatory environments and license holder obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
