Job Description

• Establish, implement, track and monitor the Ops Control capability and framework to embed and maintain a robust Operations Control environment across the end-to-end Operations Controls landscape. Embed and maintain a robust Operations Control environment, enable real-time assurance through the Control Lifecycle, guide and influence leadership across the end-to-end Operations Controls landscape to contain operational losses and minimise non-financial risk.

• Banking operations experience

• Engaging at senior governance forums (e.g. BU BRCC) and Govco

• Operations business lines knowledge / experience – understanding of business line products

• Product BRCC (Business Risk Control Committee) / MANCOs
