This role serves as the single point of accountability for translating payment scheme changes into actionable business outcomes, ensuring that bulletins are assessed, assigned, implemented, tracked and reported, while minimizing financial exposure and maintaining full compliance with scheme requirements.
Job Description
To act as the central point of coordination and governance for all payment scheme (Visa, Mastercard, PayShap, UPI and other network) bulletins, mandates, releases, and regulatory updates.
The role is responsible for analysing scheme communications, determining financial, operational, technology, compliance and customer impact, assigning accountable business owners, and ensuring timely implementation of all mandatory and strategic scheme requirements.
The incumbent will drive end-to-end change management across the organisation, ensuring compliance with scheme mandates, minimizing penalties, enabling informed business decisions, and providing visibility of change demand arising from scheme and industry body updates.
