    Specialist: Service Advisor at Motus BMW (BMW George)

    About the Role:

    • Join our team at Motus BMW and deliver a premium customer service experience. You’ll manage customer interactions, coordinate between service and parts departments, and ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently while keeping customers informed every step of the way.

    Requirements:

    • Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Computer literate (MS Office)
    • Driver’s License
    • Experience in a motor dealership or technical qualification is an advantage

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and assist customers professionally
    • Prepare and manage Repair Orders (RO)
    • Liaise between customers, workshop, and parts departments
    • Ensure accurate Motor Plan/Warranty processing
    • Manage invoicing and vehicle handovers
    • Follow-up on customer satisfaction

    Competencies:

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
    • Self-motivated, organised, and resilient
    • Team player and brand ambassador for BMW
